We have a 10 day returns policy which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs will be at your expense.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special order or customized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
